Our Training Programs
LRS take a positive, employee focused approach towards the training and development of our employees. We have developed an in-house training program, LRS Academy®, designed to polish and enhance our highly respected team’s skill set and develop and improve on new team members skills. The LRS Academy® embodies continuous improvement and quality for all staff.
We have a dedicated training manager who schedules, monitors, assesses and certifies all our employees to ensure all training is up to date with regular assessments. All Continuing Professional Development (CPD) courses are co-ordinated for all staff, new and long standing. This high-quality training is compulsory to all staff, ensuring we are able to keep up with the demanding market. All LRS staff have their own individual training records which our highly qualified Land Referencing Training Manager regularly monitors.
Our LRS Academy® is a learning point for LRS clients to send their own team members who need to undergo any land referencing training. By client employees joining the LRS Academy®, it ensures all work completed to the same high standard, following the same steps to reach the overall project goals.
Training provided to all employees includes coverage of the main legal frameworks including Compulsory Purchase Orders (CPO), Development Consent Orders (DCO), Transport Works Act Order (TWAO) and Hybrid Bills as well as Access Licencing. This guarantee’s our LRS Academy scholars are experts in working on these projects. Not only will legal frame work training be provided but Land Referencing (contact and non-contact), Risk Assessments, Time Management, Team Leadership, Project Management and many other courses are available to all employees.
